Unbelievably bad customer service

I have been in “contact” with them for months. The produced is an absolutely horrible product and refuse to do anything about it. It’s now been over a month with no response and they are just ignoring me. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Had an issue with a Plush vibrating…

Had an issue with a Plush vibrating Godzilla that the motor fried out and potentially could have started a fire. Contacted customer service, they said thanks and that it was a “unique” occurrence?!? No help at all with a replacement or even a credit for a new one. NECA and Kidrobot your customer service BLOWS

Rude and incompetent support

Rude and incompetent support. Since international delivery is very difficult, I ordered within the USA via a package forwarding service. My order was classified as high risk. And then cancelled. I previously wrote an email that was never answered. I would not recommend ordering here.

Awful customer service

Placed an order for a $200+ item and received the wrong item. Sent an email to ask for a replacement and it’s been over 2 weeks with two “we’re working on it” emails and still no resolution. I’m so disappointed that it’s taking this long to send the correct item to me. Their customer service needs improvement

Worst online store ever!

Poor customer service response. Poor shipping time. They can't keep up and just shouldn't offer selling online. Very lousy and inferior service. Shipping should be free for a service that is very incompetent! So unfair that they let buyers pay shipping fees for an almost a month long delivery! Never buy online with these rip-offs! Never again will I do business with this brand. The management is crap.

Shipping Options are Misleading to Force paying more - Frauuuuud

Shipping to canada is fraud. Their warehouse is in san Francisco. Anything shipping to Canada under $140 is duty free. You have the option to include duties and tax or not in your shipping.

first off, they are trying to charge $90 dollars for shipping of a two tiny figurines worth $80 if you choose not to include duty and tax. If you choose to "pay duty and tax in advance" they split up the 80 between two different charges (one for shipping, one for duty and tax) but still charge the same.

In my province, tax is 13%, and this is under $140 so there is no duty. Sounds an awful lot like fraud to me - making people think if they pay the full $80 they'll have $30+ to pay (when they really only would have $10 in tax). Sure the FTC would like to hear about this.

They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item. The item sent was even cheaper than what I paid for. Contacted them. They said they will send the correct item. Three weeks passed and I received nothing. I emailed them multiple times to see what was going on and have gotten no response.

Pre-ordered a Kozik item in April 2021

Pre-ordered a Kozik item in April 2021. They said it would ship in 2nd Quarter 2021. Then they changed it to August 2021, then 3rd Quarter 2021, Then First Quarter 2022, now they say First or Second Quarter 2022. Can't get refund, can't switch item for something else. Total disregard for customers. It's a shame, I have been following Frank Kozik since he was putting out music on Rise Records, but now I won't have anything to do with him or the other "people" who work for KidRobot.

My advice, pre-order nothing from them and if they say it is in stock, cross your fingers you actually get it.

No regard for customers.

Placed order in April, 2021 for item scheduled for delivery in second quarter of 2021. Then it was rescheduled for August, then the third quarter, then the first quarter 2022 now either the first or second quarter 2022. This in spite of the fact that the item is listed as sold out. Have never dealt with a company that is so flaky. It's a shame. It is an item by Frank Kozik, an artist I have been following since he was putting out music on Rise Records in the 90s. Now I will have nothing to do with Kozik or the company he now works for ever again. My advice... if you want to buy from Kidrobot, do not pre-order.

WRONG PLUSHIE CLICK OFF THE WEBSITE

they gave me the wrong plushie and the box it was delivered in came in clear duct tape and it was only one layer of tape so anyone coudlve opened it and stole or swapped my package but they sent me some other ugly plushie probably why no one wanted mine so if you want to order a plushie dont or anythin, dont order on kidrobot go somewhere else, it seems like they scam for your money and dont give you the right products so, let me save you and click off this website right now, its not worth it to go through what i had to go through.
